Pug Ryan's Brewery was established in 1997. We started with a small vision of opening a small brewery to complete our grill . It is surprising that , since its inception, the brewery has exceeded the expectations we had in mind in this regard at the time of its opening. Our brewmaster Dave Simmons has always been involved in quality improvement and has been brewing a better variety of beers to satisfy everyone.
He understands our Scottish beer to our wonderful creamy pilsner cheap Pallavicini hop Pale Ale . Another beer called Oatmeal Stout contains some honey vanilla sugar cane and dyeing. Pug Ryan's Steakhouse is the oldest and Dillon restaurant is famous for serving excellent cuisine with hand cut Angus steaks , seafood, prime rib roast and tender baby back ribs .
